Job Title: Workday Project Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP Program Director to lead the implementation of Workday for HR, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will manage engagement risk, project planning and budgeting, resourcing plans, and project tracking activities. They will collaborate with vendor partners, business users, IT teams, and shared service teams to develop and execute the Workday implementation plan. Additionally, they will ensure the delivery of key stages and goals within the agreed constraints of time, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-scale implementation of ERP systems like Workday, including HR, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Lead, monitor, and maintain progress of project plans to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within the agreed constraints of time, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with vendor partners, business users, IT teams, and shared service teams to develop and execute the Workday implementation plan.
• Manage engagement risk, project planning and budgeting, resourcing plans, and project tracking activities.
• Control and report progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor and escalate any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and manage customer communications over the lifecycle of these projects.
• Experience working with Agile project methodology
• Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated.
• Oversee the delivery and develop support model of ERP, including resource management.
• Manage and control the ERP Implementation budget from an Opex and Capex perspective providing monthly reports and KPIs.
