Key Qualifications
- Previous Moderation experience, requiring high engagement with people
- Experience in user study development, coordination and moderation
- Experience standing up and scaling technical studies
- Ability to thrive in cross functional, fast-paced technical environments under ambiguous circumstances
- Experience troubleshooting computers and/or consumer electronics
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Apple products is a plus
Description
- Moderate, Facilitate and conduct in-person user studies - Set up and break down study session areas - Engage and communicate with participants - Ensure appropriate participant compliance with protocols - Gather data from test devices - Manage study device inventory - Prepare, troubleshoot and maintain equipment for data collection efforts - Assist with development of instructional materials as needed - Document and communicate session issues - Communicate with cross-functional partners for study related updates

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $104,000 and $190,000 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
