EXTRA CURRICULAR ASSIGNMENT

PROFESSIONAL

JOB TITLE: Tutor, In-School- 2 POSITIONS (Extra-Curricular)

LOCATION: Flemington Elementary School

TIME: Hours to be determined by Principal

DURATION: As needed

TO WHOM ACCOUNTABLE: Building Principal Director of Curriculum

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Elementary teaching certificate

2. Computer skills preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify students for tutoring
• Meet with eligible students as scheduled;
• Provide language arts/mathematics instruction based on student needs i.e., General Summative Assessment, i-Ready, Informal Math Assessments, Informal Classroom assessments.
• Prepare lessons based on student needs;
• Administer progress monitoring assessments;
• Provide on-going communication with principals, teachers, and parents.

EMPLOYMENT: Upon Board Approval

PAY SCALE: $30.00 per hour

FUNDING SOURCE: ESSERF Grant
