Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Pay: $19.00/hr. Depending on experience.

The experience you need to succeed:

• One to two years similar or related experience.
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• A good working knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Be proficient with business machinery and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Check Processing and Check Fraud experience preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Assist members/branch/departments with card usage, ATM’s, disputes, and fraud questions via phone and email.
• Contact members to verify transactions that may possibly be fraud per the Risk Alerts received from card processor.
• Review and analyze fraud trends to determine possible cardholder exposure to fraud. Block and reissue cards as necessary.
• Work Fraud queues or emails to potential fraud alerts, scams, bad accounts, check, ACH etc.
• Work Card Fraud Alerts and Create Cases in fraud system.
• Process Visa fraud disputes per policy and regulation.
• Backup support to Card Services and ATM Technical Support. On Call for Saturday rotation.
• Review miscellaneous fraud reports.
• Research fraud patterns and scams and document.
• Update and maintain fraud logs.
• Write Procedure and educational documents.
• Backup support for Card Service phone queues.
