Project Facilitator / Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Review initial architectural drawings
  • Sends and tracks bids
  • Hold walkthroughs with trades at the jobsite as needed
  • Approve/Decline/Negotiate bids received
  • Compile bids for Job Book/Start package Develop initial schedule in CoConstruct
  • Communicate with clients on a weekly basis - what is done/what is coming up/what is needed from them
  • Assist PM on project needs; be an additional set of eyes and ears on the jobsite
  • Running to various locations to pick up materials needed and deliver to jobsite
  • Communicate with Leadership on project status
  • Permit submittals & coordinating responses to municipalities
  • Weekly schedule updates in CC+ once project begins
  • Work with PM to communicate schedule to the trades & and updates to their schedule Daily job log input for all active projects
  • Delegate punch list tasks to the appropriate trades
  • Ensure punch list completion
  • Communicate punch list status to bookkeeper to hold back funds from necessary parties as needed
  • Maintain up to date subcontractor agreements, licenses & registrations

Requirements / Skills:

  • Experience using CoConstrut or similar programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and able to multi task
  • Residential construction experience
  • Self motivated quick learner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in construction project management in residential building
  • Working knowledge of construction, interior design, engineering and architecture
  • Strong Leadership and Management skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full time
  • Starting at $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
