Liberty Retirement Community of Lima is looking for full-time and part-time LPN's to join our team. We have day shift and night shift openings. We provide skilled care, ventilator care, long-term care, and have a secure memory care unit.

Qualifications:

-Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as an LPN in the state of Ohio.

-Effective communicator with staff, families and outside agencies.

-Ability to prioritize duties.

-Customer service oriented.

-Ability to understand resident charts, doctor's orders, medication order and resident's plan of care.

-Must possess the ability to effectively gather clinical data in regard to resident status and condition.
