Job Description

As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the property, including the sprinkling system, landscaping, flower beds, and performing snow removal. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and take initiative in ensuring the property is well-kept and always presents a professional appearance.

What You Will Do:

  • Walk the property daily to ensure the grounds are picked up and maintain a professional appearance
  • Repair and maintain the sprinkling system
  • Maintain lawns, hedges, plant areas and prepare flower beds
  • Perform spring and fall grounds clean-up
  • Perform light maintenance as necessary
  • Be the first response on snow removal
  • Maintain grounds equipment and machinery in good working order

All other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
