    AJ Hoadley of La Violetta and resident sommelier David Murphy will be guiding you through the tasting and La Violetta’s diverse and delicious range of wines.

    “Oustanding rich, textural white wine made from vermentino blended with a little semillon for complexity and some muscat for fragrance: creamy and mouthfilling, it has ravishing flavours of pulpy grape and green melon. In typical Andrew Hoadley fashion, there’s a lovely, sardonic misquote from Fellini on the back label that translates roughly as, “I have nothing to say but I say it anyway.” Take that, all you verbose marketing types.”

    Southern Thailand meets the Great Southern. David Thompson is back in Perth and he is inviting Andrew Hoadley from La Violetta Wines along for the ride.

    David is set to bring brand new dishes to the Long Chim Perth kitchen so attendees will be amongst the first in Australia to try his new street food sensations.
