  • That rare thing, a La Violetta Wine Dinner. It’s at MUST PERTH, 29th AUGUST.

    Look at that beautiful plate of food. Another masterpiece from the hand of Russell Blaikie, chef at Must.
    Apparently I’m doing a wine dinner there on 29th August, 4 courses and 6 wines.
    Sensational value for money, really. But then it is a Tuesday so you’ll have to make an effort.
    Small batch wines, new releases, treasures from the laundry, and some things that aren’t even bottled yet!
    Blimey, I’d better get back to work.
    Meanwhile, get yourself a ticket and come along on the night to hear my rambling anecdotes.
