Job Title: Warehouse and Inventory Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Including the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance of the building operations

Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)

Report damaged goods to all parties that need to communicate such needs

Train warehouse staff in safety, proper unloading and delivering techniques and loading standards

Maintain an accurate inventory count every moment of every day so the store can sell to their clients to the best of their abilities while utilizing the systems.

Setup & layout of warehouse to ensure efficient space utilization

Train key warehouse members in how to maintain inventory both coming and going so they can assist at any moment

Communicate with clients, suppliers and transport companies as needed

Must be able to maintain a positive attitude daily while working closely with other stores vital key team members and management

Plan work, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results

Seek and Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

Oversee the vehicles needed maintenance and safety for all teammates

Ride-Alongs and In-the-Field Support on Deliveries for training purposes and as needed to accomplish the needs of deliverables

Must be present and engaged for every morning meetings and training. Managers must provide daily structured warehouse meetings and training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS

Expected to work a minimum 40 hours a week at 9:00 - 5pm.

Flexible for leaving work early on permissible occasions by General Manager, Store manager or President

Must be able to adhere to the handbook for any policy and handbook attendance policies

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
