The Targeting Analyst will provide support to the Program Manager and the Government USSPACECOM J2 Staff. The Targeting Analyst will:

• Provide recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and
• Perform, document, and track database nominations, create and update the database, and upload targeting materials (TMs) into databases to include relevant space / counter-space data into the Modernized Integrated Data Base (MIDB) in a format that can interface with targeting processes and tools to include the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT) on a weekly basis.
• Develop daily target nomination packets, create database records, and database target intelligence products. The Targeting Analyst will produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assist with combat assessment requirements.
• Conduct monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)

Desired Qualifications

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
• Successful completion of in-resident Joint Targeting course, the Geospatial Imagery / Targeting Analyst course, or the Air Operation Center Course.

The likely salary range for this position is $60,549 - $101,109, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
