Summary

The SAP Manufacturing (MFG) Lead will be responsible for the SAP S/4 HANA SCM-Manufacturing global template, including business process design and adoption of standard ERP functionality. The person in this position will partner with the AMS support provider / System Integrator to deliver solutions and solve critical business issues. The SAP MFG Lead will serve as a key advisor to the business on continuous improvement and stabilization of the current global MFG template.

This hybrid position will be a combination of remote and onsite at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle, WA. Our hybrid work environment includes remote on Monday and Friday and in the Support Center on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:

  • Serves as the key resource for the manufacturing functionality within the SAP platform and SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) which supports our Value-Add manufacturing processes.
  • Maintains and supports existing Global SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) functionality, including leading complex troubleshooting and error resolution efforts.
  • Understands the functionality of the other manufacturing systems (e.g. Innova, Catch Manager, etc.) and supports their integration with SAP.
  • Collaborates with other teams and business stakeholders to ensure that the business leverages the full manufacturing functionality of SAP, troubleshoots, and resolves ERP-related hardware, software, user access, or other problems.
  • Analyzes and support Master Data Management specific to Global SAP manufacturing and owns key Master Data elements for Supply Chain team.
  • Participates in the new business requirements discussions for SAP SCM enhancements and projects, including design, configuration, and testing of new configuration changes.
  • Promotes leveraging standard functionality in S/4 HANA and drives alignment to reduce RICEWF.
  • Develops and maintains documentation for SAP SCM-MFG processes and procedures, related to Global manufacturing, and quality functionality.
  • Provides system training and workshops to end users.
  • Creates and maintains architectural design and specifications documentation and operating procedures.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Acquires knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions
  • Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing or operations environment
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience with SAP PP/MFG implementations or support
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Hands on experience with SAP SCM on SAP S/4
  • Ability to travel up to 3 weeks at a time – up to 30% of year.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in maintaining Master Data
  • Experience with SAP QM module
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SCM functionality pertaining to the protein industry
  • Exposure to other manufacturing systems such as Marel, Innova and Catch Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM and integration with 3PL and Inventory Management
  • Experience in the seafood industry preferred


This is a Salaried – Exempt position with an annualized salary range of: $160,000 - $180,000
