In this exciting role as a Neurovascular Sales Representative you will have responsibility to manage a territory in the North of Italy and dive sales of all Neurovascular products to both new and existing customers. You will report to the Neurovascular Business Manager and together with him you will provide strategic direction to your territory managed and you will work closely with Marketing,Technical Consultants of the Region and Agents to drive the achievement of sales objectives. Analyzes sales results and trends to determine sales strategy and inventory requirements.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
  • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
  • Conducts market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
  • Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • Conducts on-site education and/or consulting
  • Assess market needs and follow trends in the business and anticipate future developments.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and to follow up on expenses and budgets.
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering/Science or related discipline.
  • Possess at least 2 to 3 years Sales experience within the Medical Device industry.
  • Some experience in interventional radiology / neurovascular would be an asset
  • Experience working in operating theatre / cath lab
  • Proven record of sales achievement
  • Able to work independently with general supervision.
  • Experience in cross functional working in a matrix organization is an added advantage..
