Company Description: We are a private training institution specializing in training students in MRI, Ultrasound, and LPN programs. We have been in Business for over 25 years.

Responsibilities:

• Give information to prospective students about our programs
• Enroll prospective students in programs
• Process student payments and follow up on student payment history
• Communicate with staff members on office tasks and manage task progress
• Make sure certain assignments are completed on time
• Communicate with course instructors and fulfill their needs

• Organizational Problem solving
• Analytical Skills and ability to track growth
• Effective use of technology
• Effective communication of issues/suggestions with management
• Use of day-to-day productivity technology (Microsoft office, etc.)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Des Plaines, IL 60018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
