We are working with a client in the Non profit industry who is looking for a recruiter/recruitment coordinator to help with their recruitment efforts. This opportunity is located near USC and will start of fully in the office and then move to a hybrid schedule. This opportunity is looking to pay between $25-$30/hr on a temp to hire basis. We are looking for someone with great recruitment experience and experience with Dayforce is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Source and screen incoming resumes and applications on various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter).
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience of full-cycle recruitment
- Experience with Sourcing, Screening, and interviewing candidates
- Bachelor degree in related field preferred
- Experience working with Dayforce is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
