PRODUCT MANAGER

We are looking for a Product Manager, who will be involved in CRIF within Customer Journey & Digital Platform Global Business Program.
The Product Manager will own the product vision and strategy of the product at its current state and be the reference point for future developments.
We need you to push boundaries, influence strategy, and make a strong impact on product execution.
The position will deal with CRIF new solution, based on CRIF Digital Platform, from which we can create end-to-end customer journeys for our clients.

What you will be doing:
  • Own the product roadmap: new functionalities are just a little part;
  • Managing the functional analysis process: requirements gathering and feasibility analysis, functional design and drafting of product documentation, planning, defining and executing test cases, documents drafting;
  • Being in touch with our Service Design team, proactively participating in design and definition also of the UI/UX;
  • Being the reference point for the markets, validating with them every single idea and defining the business cases;
  • Support the rest of the team and sales colleagues in presentation meeting with clients;
  • Being the only reference point for everything that is related to the new product: from communication and marketing activities to legal support for agreements and contracts. In general, we expect the Product Manager to be the only touch point for every single question about the product, coming from our CRIF colleagues;
  • Being able to deeply understand the product, not only from a technical perspective, but also from a business point of view.

Technical skills:
  • Degree in economics;
  • Good functional analysis skills and testing procedures;
  • Perfect knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, sometimes crazy;
  • Good analytical skills and detail-orientation.

Soft skills :
  • Excellent team working and cross-functional collaboration skills;
  • Flexibility and goal orientation;
  • Curiosity: no time to say “it’s not my area”, Product Manager must own everything that is related to the product, at 360°;
  • Problem solving and autonomy.
Languages:
Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken.
