Looking for a positive & energetic assistant that is going to actively help to simplify my workload, giving me more time to focus on growth! You must thrive at bouncing between several tasks while performing with precision.

What is OCIV?
What do Tattoos, Socks, Duck Hunting, and Halloween have in common? Not much, aside from the fact that these are 4 of the several fun niches that OCI Ventures (OCIV) owns and operates consumer brands in.

We also operate a software development agency and a marketing agency. Suffice it to say...life is busy at OCIV and we are only just beginning to spread our wings!

Who is OCIV?
We are a fun work family that enjoys new challenges and we take hiring seriously because after all, we are going to have to spend 40+ hours together for the next several years!

We are anti-corporate culture which means we don't like dress codes, and nitpicking through employee handbooks designed to control every element of every day. We would rather hire responsibly fun adults who can get their job done and have a good time doing it!

Location(s)
The location can and will change from time to time. We could be at the office in Walker or our warehouse in Fruitport. Time may also be spent at my home in GR or North Muskegon lending a helping hand to my busy wife with 3 kids being homeschooled. If you want a job where you sit in the same place every day this role is not for you!

• Taking and making calls
• Organizing and prioritizing my schedule
• Handling paperwork
• Running errands
• Critical thinking
• Cleaning
• Did I mention organizing?
• Research
• Finding ways to simplify and take more off of my plate
• Promote healthy living
• Help with decision-making, a sounding board for bouncing new ideas off of
• Being a representative of our companies and myself at meetings and events
• Anything and everything else that may come up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
