USPI Summit View Surgery Center, is seeking a motivated Patient Care Representative to join our team. Summit View Surgery Center is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Job Summary:

• Answer phones in a professional and customer friendly manner.
• Determine the caller's needs and help them by answering questions or directing them to another person who will be able to help.
• Interface with patients and families, physicians and staff in a professional and cordial manner.
• Chart preparation for next day cases.
• Collecting monies due and setting up payment plans.
• Scheduling follow up appointments in clinical EMR.
• Admit patients and process their paperwork.
• Enter patient demographics/information in system.
• Miscellaneous Administrative Duties for our Business Office.

$15.99 - $17.54 / hour

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year medical experience preferred.
• Medical Terminology preferred.
• Formal training in customer service is required.
• Must have skills necessary to operate the office equipment required to fulfill job duties.
