PAY RANGE: $19.00
BASIC FUNCTION
The Post Event Attendant is responsible for maintaining a designated area of the facility after an event.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
The Post Event Attendant reports to the Post Team Leader.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
Post Event Attendant will be assigned a specific area of the facility to maintain after an event.
- Seating Area- Attendant will be assigned a section of the seating area to maintain after an event. Attendant will pick up all trash, sweep all debris, and mop your sections in the seating area. Gather all trash and put it in the trash bag. Tie the bag and place it in the down aisle so trash pullers can carry it up to the top of the steps to discard it in the hopper. Brooms, dustpans, gloves, and trash bags will be issued to you.
- Suites-Will clean restroom when applicable, dust furniture, clean glass, wipe down countertops, polish sink, polish wooden doors, restock paper products when applicable, spot clean suede furniture, vacuum all carpet and report any maintenance issues.
- Floors-Will vacuum all carpet, dust mop/sweep concourses and mop edges and corners, use machines to scrub or mop any hard-surfaced floor using appropriate equipment and disinfectant cleaners.
- Trash-Remove all trash and recycling from the building and place in corresponding receptacles, wipe down trash/recycle lids and clean any wet or dry spills that happen along the way.
- Utility-Will maintain clean/usable equipment, refill mop buckets for the duration of each post clean and maintain the orderliness of the equipment room during and after post clean.
- Restroom maintenance will include stocking tissue, towel and soap dispensers as needed. Remove trash and debris from floor, ledges and fixtures. Mop spills and wipe off mirrors, counter tops and sinks. Clean toilets, urinals and sinks as required. Remove trash from containers and re-line as needed.
- Report leaks, maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Perform other service functions as directed.
- Report accidents and injuries immediately to Post Event Team Leader
