Job Summary and Qualifications

The Monitor Technician provides EKG monitoring for the hospital at a centralized station. The Telemetry Tech is responsible for communication changes to the nurse in a timely manner and to escalate when needed. This position requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Basic clerical skills are needed to ensure accurate record keeping.

*High School or GED required. *N/A * Less than 1 years of EKG monitoring experience required. Preferred Education Preferred License/Certification Preferred Experience: *2 year Associates Degree preferred. *N/A *1 – 3 years of EKG monitoring experience preferred
