Mission of the Job

He/She cooperates with the Marketing & Sales Department by supporting:

(Primary Objective) the definition and implementation of the marketing plan of the company. This includes, but it is not limited to, scouting and selection of events of interest, organization of related logistics and administrative tasks, promotion of the corporate image and Brand, support to market analysis activities. (Secondary Objective) the bids activities taking care of administrative documentation preparation, and department archive- maintenance

Main activities

  • He/She works together with the Marketing & Communication function to effectively manage the set of activities related to marketing and external communication. This includes:
    • Brand promotion campaign ideation (e.g. events, workshops, press, sponsorships, etc.)
    • Product marketing activities.
    • Marketing materials (e.g. presentations, flyers, leaflets, brochures, etc.)
    • Market scouting and analysis.
  • He/She operatively supports the organization of such activities, in close contact with different functions involved. This includes:
    • Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
    • Implementing the logistics and administrative tasks needed for the organization of events and activities (internal and external).
  • He/She operatively supports the Bid Managers. This includes:
    • Providing support for preparing administrative bid documentation
    • Maintaining the Marketing & Sales Department archiving in compliance with the internal procedures

Competences

Education/Training :

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing or related fields

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Marketing specialist for leading companies in international environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and within schedule in a collaborative and open manner
  • Ability to work in a multicultural context, to interact with people of different cultural background in a constructive manner to achieve commonly accepted results
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Bid Management

Tool or product requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of video and graphic editing tools is a plus

Languages:

  • Italian – fluent
  • English – fluent
  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset

Behaviours:

  • Agile and collaborative, able to think and act as promoter of business initiatives
