Who Are We Looking For?
Milestone Education is looking for a Maintenance Worker to service and provide preventative maintenance to our centers in Georgia. You will be traveling to different sites, so reliable transportation is a must!
What
You’ll
Do:
- Inspect property to ensure safety and cleanliness for daily use.
- Repair and maintain equipment and physical property as assigned. Submit work orders (e.g., electrical, HVAC, etc.), as required.
- Pick up and transport supplies and materials to and from other locations as needed.
- Assist staff with any room preparations for meetings and events, to include tables, chairs, AV equipment, decorations, etc.
- Remove trash and clear snow from outside surroundings.
- Be readily available to support projects at other locations as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What
You’ll
Need:
- Knowledge and ability to use power and hand tools.
- Knowledge of woodworking, plumbing, electrical systems and masonry.
- Reliable personal transportation vehicle.
- A valid driver's license
- To have your High School Diploma
- To be capable of meeting the physical demands of the position
- To complete the following trainings/ requirements:
- Comprehensive Background Check
- Annual TB Test and Physical
