We are looking for a Contract Mortgage Processor. This is a hybrid position

3 days in the office / 2 days work from home.

You Must have mortgage processing experience.

We will pay $895 per file that closes. We will pay $295 for every file that dies.

You will receive a min of 10 files per month.

You are paid 1099.

We are located at 800 Westchester Ave Ryebrook, NY 10573. You must be able to make the commute.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of documents related to real estate transactions.
• Schedule and coordinate appraisals, title, closings.
• Maintain accurate records of all real estate transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the loan officers.
• Provide customer service to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
