Insurance Customer Relations:

• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• 2 Years of office setting experience
• 2 Years of office phone experience, answering calls, calling out, taking messages and problem solving
• 1 Year of insurance service or sales experience is a plus
• Enthusiasm and belief about the role of insurance and financial products play in people’s lives

Insurance Service/ Sales Responsibilities :

• Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty License. We will assist with Property and Casualty and Life License if needed
• Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification and payments
• Ability to discuss insurance bundling options with policyholders
• Once Licensed, will be able to issue all Property & Casualty policies as well as Life Insurance.

Insurance Service/ Sales Benefits :

• This position will include a base pay with 40 hours of in office work a week M-F and weekends off as well as Sales Commissions pay once Licensed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour
