Macquarie’s Semiconductor & Technology’s (“MS&T”) Global Remarketing Manager is responsible for overseeing our global surplus equipment remarketing programs. MS&T’s remarketing programs are a significant contributor to our annual results and the role is key to the success of the business. Working closely with our sales team and the regional remarketing managers in the US, Europe, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore, you will plan individualized remarketing strategies for each client, execute on agreed resale campaigns, communicate account activity to each client, and maintain the activity in our asset management system “Sapphire”.

In this position, you will also assign and oversee the regional remarketing team’s work for our client’s surplus semiconductor manufacturing assets, and work closely with the front office to seek out new remarketing opportunities and develop relationships for future programs.

You will be working as part of the MS&T operations team to ensure the accuracy of all data entered and maintained by the remarketing team, and preparing monthly management reports. You will also prepare routine client activity reports and review the activity on recurring calls with the clients.

As the Global Remarketing Manager, you would also conduct employee evaluations, seek peer feedback, and host regular one-on-ones with your direct reports. You will also assist the Middle Desk and Back Office with other projects and initiatives as needed.

The ideal candidate will need to have proven experience in maintaining successful client relationships, working knowledge of the semiconductor equipment industry, ability to handle multiple client tasks and requests concurrently, and is detailed oriented. The role will require ability and willingness to travel globally 10-20% of the time and to work outside or normal business hours when required to address the multiple time zones we operate in. The role can be based in any Macquarie office in the US and/or in one of our offices globally. In addition to English, fluency to speak Japanese, Chinese and/or Korean would be a plus.

Salary range for this position: $95,000 - $165,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
