Job description

We are seeking an experienced extrusion line supervisor to safely perform a combination of production tasks, which may include: set up of jobs, reading the production schedule, reading and understanding work instructions and blueprints. Ability to become proficient at running multilayer extrusion and downstream equipment. Assists others in covering the production floor, training new associates on safety, housekeeping and other aspects of the production process.

Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience

Three shifts available.

Knowledge and Skills preferred:

• High school diploma, GED or higher education
• 2 years of machine operating experience
• Ability to read production schedule, work order and work procedures in English
• Experience training new associates
• Communication skills and teamwork
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Knowledge of resins

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
