We are on the lookout for experienced and dynamic Real Estate Listing Agents to be a part of our top-performing teams in Fort Myers, Naples, and Marco Island. As a Listing Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting new leads and scheduling listing appointments to expand your client base
- Conducting market analysis to ensure competitive pricing for listings

Compensation:$100,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:- Cultivate a solid client base by generating new leads and scheduling listing appointments
- Perform market analysis to ascertain competitive pricing for property listings
- Showcase and promote homes to secure prompt sales within the local real estate market
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales
- Active Florida real estate license and a minimum of $3,000,000 in confirmed sales within the past 18 months
- In-depth understanding of local real estate market dynamics and prevailing trends
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for managing client information
