To assist in all aspects of purchasing, receiving and distribution of materials management. To provide support and backup to the purchasing department staff as well as hospital departments.
Apply correct patient charge labels on inventoried items.- Maintain exchange carts par levels daily for ICU, Med-Surg, and ER.
- Verifies receipt of supplies.
- Delivers supplies to appropriate areas.
- Maintains and rotates stock daily so older stock is used first.
- Assist with all inventory counts.
- Posts patient charges.
- Maintains equipment and anesthesia work room.
- Assists the front desk.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- Up to one (1) year experience
