About Us:
Atlantic Health System is seeking Full Time Lead Medical Office Associate for busy Call Center environment located in Morristown, NJ at the corporate office, part of Atlantic Medical Group.
- This role wil include management responsiblities
Essential Functions:
- Call Center Medical Office Assistant will have healthcare experience
- Will have practice experience to assist in triaging calls and prioritizing urgent appointments
- A knowledge of physician practice workflows, appointment scheduling and triaging patient symptoms is essential
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must
- Management experience will be necessary to be successful in this role
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Prior physician practice and/or call center experience preferred
- Working knowledge of EPIC desired
- Computer literacy essential
- Strong customer service skills a must
