We are currently searching for BCBAs who share this same passion. Ideal candidates will have experience training and managing a team of therapists.

• Manage a caseload of amazing clients & families
• Establish and monitor treatment plans of clients
• Collaborate with a team of highly qualified BCBAs
• Supervise & train RBTs

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (those planning on sitting for BCBA exam in the next 2 months are also encouraged to apply)
• Master's Degree or higher
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others independently; strong communication and writing skills; bilingual skills highly valued
• Experience with parent training/consultation
