Billing Specialist- Logistics$20.00-$25.00 per hour, temp to hire

- Enter project/customer invoices on daily/weekly basis
- Coordinate with account specialist regarding invoicing questions/concerns
- Work with team assigned to project/customer to develop financial process around invoicing and billing
- Utilize project reference document (Smartsheet, Google Doc, etc.) to determine appropriate invoices to send
- Ensure invoices are entered accurately in QB and sent in a timely manner to customers
- Enter vendor bills on daily/weekly basis
- Audit bills daily/weekly
- Manage discrepancies with account specialist, customer, vendor
- Pull necessary AP/AR financial reports
- Manage check status for vendors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to develop processes around a project or escalate invoicing/billing issues
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintaining confidentiality
- AR/AP experience
- Customer invoicing/vendor billing
- QuickBooks experience (required)
- Logistics experience (preferred)
