We're looking for an energetic person to join our Management Team! We know it's customary to have long hours and days in the restaurant business, however, this schedule creates a great life/work balance. No more than 45 hours a week with Thursdays and Fridays off each week. A quarterly bonus is also a great perk for the ideal candidate who possesses the following skills:

• A people person - both with guests and staff
• Food and beverage knowledge
• Hands on and willing to help in an any area to create the best guest and staff experience
• POS knowledge
• Excel
• Punctual
• Takes initiative
• Likes to have a good time
• Knows the importance of maintianing healthy realtionships with all employees and creating a positive work enviroment

Responsibilities include: (we thought about copying and pasting from the last one you read but here goes)

• Handle guest complaints - there are few
• Talk to people so they can give you compliments - there are many
• Uphold a sanitary environment and follow health department guidelines - they think we do a great job
• Hold staff to the standards put forth by the management team - they can be tricky
• Checkouts, drawer, and safe counts - Excel makes it easy
• Help to create new fun ideas for events at the restaurant - we like to party
• Manage the shift - we have a great staff so even thought they're tricky, they make it easy

We want someone who has the same passion for food and drinks and believes in maintaining not only a great guest experience but also a great work environment.
