We are in search of a Activities Facilitator join our Grand team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. About the role
Coordinate fun for our guests here at the Grand Geneva as a Grand Experiences Activities Facilitator: Facilitate campus wide activities and guest events. Ensure that guests are aware of all recreational opportunities available to them campus wide.

What will you be doing?

• Assist in planning and executing daily activities for Resort guests.
• Welcoming and introducing the guests to all experiences upon the guests’ arrival in the lobby.
• Creating, developing, and implementing on and off site events.
• Marketing of daily, weekly, monthly schedule of events.
• Listen to and address guest comments or concerns.
• Create personalized experiences for each guest utilizing a proactive guest profiling program.
• Creating, proposing and implementing experiences.
• Scheduling activities, updating printed marketing, and adjusting to changes in activities due to uncontrollable circumstances.
• Special projects as assigned.
• Supervising experiences and team.
