Wholesale Lending Transformation Analyst

As a Barclays Wholesale Lending Transformation Analyst, you will work with Programme and Project managers, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, operation users and project teams. Within this role, you will also plan, manage and co-ordinate the Operational Readiness workstreams across all teams within the Wholesale Lending Operations Business Area.

What will you be doing?

• Driving execution on procedures, risk & control, training, and business process alignment for both short term (interim) changes and for long term (strategic) changes
• Assisting in the successful planning & execution of robust Testing Frameworks (systems)
• Liaising with all stakeholders including tech/ops partners and driving the documentation of UAT Scripts and support for UAT execution and the management of defects
• Working with Stakeholders and being an integral part of the go to team for UAT for the Loan IQ programme and other projects within Wholesale Lending Operations
• Supporting systems implementation and execution into BAU and be on site in the business area to provide assistance, guidance & issues escalation
• Communicating professionally, clearly, and confidently to a global audience and supporting the creation of presentation materials in Transformation team and Project meetings
• Extracting and interpreting data and turn into a presentable format for their own presentations and as part of the deliveries of other key stakeholders
• Undertaking other duties that may reasonably be required to meet the objectives of Wholesale Lending Operations

What we’re looking for:

• Experience and solid grasp of Business Requirements and the creation of Testing scenarios within a project delivery lifecycle
• Familiarity with Corporate and/or Investment Bank lending
• Proven ability to quickly learn, comprehend, and adapt to new systems and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Knowledge of Loan IQ and/or ACBS
• Project Management/Delivery experience
• A solid grasp of the key phases of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Knowledge of JIRA, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel
