We are a leading flatbread manufacturer in the US seeking a fulltime waterjet operator for an OMAX 80X Jet Machining Center in our first shift. We are open to candidates with as little as 1 year of experience, but more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Job Description

• Use work order to determine scope of job.
• Load parts onto machine manually and with overhead crane as needed.
• Import .dxf files into computer to load program.
• Use shop math to make basic edits in program.
• Operate waterjet using the loaded program and materials.

Job Requirements

• Ability to operate waterjet machine (1 year minimum, OMAX a plus)
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Understanding of basic shop math (measurements, gauges, etc.)
• Understanding of blueprints
• Understanding of computer waterjet interface (1 year minimum, OMAX preferred)
• Experience using overhead crane (a plus, can be trained)
• Experience maintaining OMAX waterjet pumps (a plus)
• Experience tooling cut quality to .dxf files (a plus)
• Able to commute to El Monte, CA
• Able to work Mon - Fri 7AM - 3:30PM, overtime will be offered as needed.
