Warranty Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Automotive Warranty Administrator is responsible for coordinating warranty service including customer communications and paperwork.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Oversee coding, submission and compliance of the warranty department.
• Review warranty schedule.
• Assist Service manager with warranty issues.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines/rules.

REQUIREMENTS

• Dealership accounting strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills including hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), Service Management Systems and effective use of a Smartphone.
• Knowledge of CDK is a must

Specific credentials include:

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company and customer vehicles as necessary.
