L’obiettivo del Warehouse Process Supervisor (in IKEA DS lo chiamiamo Range&Monitoring Specialist) è rendere i processi logistici efficienti, supportando le attività di inbound, stock, picking, packing e outbound al fine di garantire un’ottima esperienza d’acquisto per i nostri clienti.
Contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti da Warehouse Manager e Team Leader, le principali attività da svolgere sono:

- Esperienza/predisposizione all’utilizzo di sistemi informativi (es. WMS) e di Microsoft Office
- Comunicazione chiara ed efficace
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1)

Contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti da Warehouse Manager e Team Leader, le principali attività da svolgere sono:
- Supportare e ottimizzare le attività di inbound, stock, picking, packing e outbound collaborando attivamente con ESP e con altri reparti
- Monitorare le perfomance e identificare azioni correttive in caso di deviazioni dal goal
- Analizzare i dati ed i processi in modo autonomo, identificando opportunità di miglioramento
- Favorire lo sviluppo e l’ ottimizzazione dei processi logistici in linea agli standard IKEA
- Garantire attraverso il daily business la soddisfazione delle esigenze dei clienti
- Verificare il rispetto delle procedure con particolare focus sui temi di Safety & Securtity
- Revisionare le procedure esistenti o implementare delle nuove soluzioni in collaborazione con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni
- Partecipare proattivamente a nuovi progetti
