Our Tennis & Wellness center is seeking a virtual front desk professional with proficient administrative skills for part-time, remote employment.

Hours/Schedule (Eastern Standard Time):

• Tuesday 4:00-8:00pm
• Wednesday 4:00-8:00pm
• Thursday 4:00-8:00pm
• Friday 10:00am-1:00pm & 2:00pm- 5pm
• Saturday (September to Mid-May) 9:00am-4:00pm (1hr scheduled break)
• Saturday (Mid-May to end of August) 10:00am-2:00pm

Required:

• Ease with English language
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
• Comfortable with basic math and reading receipts/accounts
• Embraces teamwork and enjoys working independently
• Able to navigate multiple browser windows and apps with ease
• Computer, mobile phone and high-speed internet connection
• 2+ years relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling tennis lessons, court reservations & leagues
• Processing payments & reading client accounts
• Client service
• Communicating information to team members
• Various administrative projects

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• related: 2 years (Required)
