Pacifica Hotels is actively searching for a driven Transaction Coordinator. The Transaction Coordinator will serve as an integral part of the team by coordinating all due diligence activities related to pending transactions, Asset Management responsibilities and facilitating timely closings. This position will work closely with the company’s Investment and Asset Manager leadership team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative work with Asset Management, Development, Acquisitions and other special projects/assignments.
  • Transactional duties in due diligence, loan/construction draws, and escrow closings.
  • Carries out monthly Loan Reporting and bank processing.
  • Assists in construction cost budget tracking for hotel projects and invoice reconciliation.
  • Assists with real estate proposals, memos, LOIs and research.
  • Assists in special projects such as quarterly valuations, asset management summaries, etc.
  • Support the Investor Relations department through facilitating investor requests and other administrative processes.
  • Organizes Network folders and mapping and other databases.
  • Abstracts and reviews legal documentation.
  • Assists in other administrational projects with other coordinators.

Salary Range: $26.44-31.25/hour

Experience

Preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, intermediate computer skills, strong problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, ability to interact with top level executives. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in the Real Estate Industry Preferred
