The Total Rewards Coordinator will coordinate, administer, and support the company’s compensation and total rewards programs. The Total Rewards Coordinator will manage billing process for the Total Rewards Team, including reconciliation of all invoices. This role will provide support to compensation programs through conducting market analyses and participation in salary surveys to support the company’s competitive position.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Validates, processes and monitors all invoices for the Total Rewards Team, including reconciliation of all benefit invoices, in a timely manner.
  • Completes audits of benefit enrollments and deductions to ensure data is properly flowing through various systems.
  • Partners with the Director of Benefits and Total Rewards Analyst to provide scheduled and ad hoc benefit and compensation reporting.
  • Assists with the annual open enrollment process, including visits to BSL communities as appropriate. Provides timely responses to benefit related inquiries.
  • Provide support during the annual merit/bonus cycle to include partnering with the HR Business Partners, Community Leaders, and Total Rewards team to ensure timely and accurate processing of merit and bonus.
  • Assists with analyzing market data, recommending FLSA status, and maintaining appropriate documentation regarding the review. Reviews requests for evaluations of revised job descriptions. Follows appropriate procedures for review and final approvals.
  • Participates in salary surveys to collect and analyze information on the organization's competitive position. Gathers data per requirements, determines appropriate matches for assigned client areas, and submits information to the third-party survey administrator.
  • Ensures all job descriptions are written and maintained to give an accurate depiction of the job responsibilities and requirements of the job. Works with managers on editing and maintaining job descriptions to keep current and accurate.
  • Provides support to the Total Rewards team with various communications by preparing mail merge, generating and distribution of letters, preparing PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Performs audits to ensure accuracy of compensation and job-related information.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and job experience

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Attention to detail a must and proven ability to use discretion in dealing with confidential information.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel required.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and system skills.
