• Assist in providing children with a developmentally appropriate program that meets the spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs of the children
• Encourage children’s development of independent functioning, as appropriate to the age of the child
• Teach and actively engage students in each activity
• Ensure the safety of children and staff at all times
• Attend field trips, providing direction and safety while off-site
• Provide a warm, clean and loving atmosphere
• Assist with and actively participate in all areas of the THRIVE program

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be sixteen years of age
• Have a background clearance
• Have a food worker card, if applicable
• Willing to complete HIV/AIDS training and annual blood borne pathogens training
• Attend an agency orientation.
• Accept supervision and guidance from supervisors and administrators
• Perform all expected duties in a professional manner
• Must be willing to abide with all current Cascade Christian COVID protocols

WORK HOURS:

Monday through Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
