Salary: up to $30.00/hr based on experience. License premium ($1.00 per license) in addition to base compensation

A Day In The Life of an Executive - Client Services

As an Airframe & Powerplant Technician, you’ll perform Aircraft Component maintenance (inspect, test, repair, overhaul) based on customer requirements and component conditions. Performs additional duties as directed by management.

Essential Job Functions For The Executive - Client Services:

  • Maintain safe work habits at all times
  • Comply with ALL regulatory agency (OSHA, EPA, FAA, etc.) requirements
  • Meet/exceed operations productivity and efficiency standards
  • Champion Continuous Improvement, LEAN, 6S, etc.
  • Perform maintenance repairs/overhauls on assigned components
  • Complete cleaning tasks on assigned components
  • Complete inspection requirements on assigned components
  • Complete test requirements on assigned components
  • Communicate/research problem situations that cannot be remedied within assigned sections to Production Manager or associated personnel
  • Ensure cleanliness of assigned work area and test areas
  • Verify unit performance by conducting test runs
  • Assist with training and development of SR Technicians, and Technicians
  • Must complete Sr/Master Technician Certification Process (within 6 months for new employees)
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • A technical school certificate (A&P License) or equivalent component maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical documents.

This role requires being authorized to work in the United States.
