In-Depth Engineering seeks senior-level Systems Engineers to support our U.S Navy programs. Systems Engineers will support systems engineering tasks that include requirements analysis/management, risk management, documentation, trade studies, and data analysis in support of the Electronic Warfare system design and development.

Work is performed in Syracuse, NY.

Work schedule is typically four ten-hour workdays Monday – Thursday with every Friday off.

Duties:

• Participate in large scale system of systems development effort
• Derive and decompose requirements; perform tracking, validation and verification
• Conduct system trade studies and analyses of alternatives
• Conduct system performance modelling and analysis
• Develop system level specifications and ICDs
• Develop interface requirements
• Develop, coordinate, and communicate integration plans
• Perform integration analysis across multiple sub-systems
• Participate in Engineering Technical Reviews
• Document work and artifacts in engineering notebook

Qualifications:

• This position requires a government security clearance
• Must be a US Citizen for consideration
• Bachelor of Science in EE, CE, CS, or related field
• Must hold or have ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at Secret level
• Experience with Electronic Warfare (EW) or Radar System design.
• Experience in systems architecture, analysis, design, integration, test, and trade studies
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Familiarity with Radar or EW Systems or EW system operation
• Agile Experience or experience with Agile development tools and concepts such as Jira, GIT, GIT Lab, Model Based Engineering, Requirements Analysis, Integration and test activities
• Familiarity with Linux Operating System (OS) and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with Configuration and Data Management (CDM)

Desired Qualifications:

• Signal Processing experience
• EW experience
