A well-established large Waiver Support Coordination agency based in Fort Lauderdale is looking for part-time or full-time case managers. Our clients are developmentally disabled individuals (intellectual disability, Down Syndrome, Autism, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy). Pay is based on number of consumers served. The position allows for a highly flexible work schedule and is perfect for self-starters. Extensive in-county travel (Broward) is required. We hope to find candidates who are interested in growing with our agency as we continue to expand.

Requirements:

• a bachelor's degree and three years professional experience in developmental disabilities. Please note this is a STATE REQUIREMENT. Applicants cannot be considered without this being met.
• A minimum of 60 hours of pre-service training is required consisting of 34 hours of statewide pre-service training and 26 hours of area specific training which includes orientation to the region, local resources and local operational procedures. Pre-service training may require traveling to the Melbourne area for four (4) days.
• Consistent and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
