PBC Environmental & Demolition, located in Kittery Maine, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our strong and growing team as a Superintendent of Field Operations in Maine and New Hampshire.

In this position you will play a key role in the oversite of field operations reporting directly to the Project Managers and the Executive team. For an individual with initiative, strong work ethic and an eagerness to achieve results, this position offers an exciting opportunity for reward and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain client relationships reinforcing our commitment to world class customer service.
• Lead Job Site Operations Team.
• Project management.
• Interface with our Clients at Jobs sites and attend project meetings.
• Project scheduling
• Manage onsite communications with the client. Communicate
• Develops and maintain project schedules and budgets insuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Promoting positive subcontractor relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors
• Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills are necessary as is a personality that pays attention to details.
