Job Description:

As a roofing superintendent, also known as a roofing foreman, you manage a team of roofing specialists and oversee the daily operations of work sites. Your responsibilities are to create a work schedule for team members, plan projects, develop and maintain customer relationships, train and monitor crew on proper safety procedures, and help to install and repair roofs on homes and businesses. Your duties may also include transporting crew to job sites, reading blueprints, maintaining equipment, crafting proposals and contracts, and ensuring the cleanliness of a worksite during and after job completion.
