Contratto: Full Time

The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizational management and planning of productions performed at subcontractors


Reporting to the Supply Chain Director the job holder will be accountable for the following:

  • To supervise and coordinate the dedicated team in all daily activities and to be responsible for their training.
  • To cooperate with the Planning Manager in the analysis of the order portfolio and in the definition of the activities to be commissioned to subcontractors.
  • Once the external packaging guidelines have been defined, to verify the outsourced production plan according to saturation of the various suppliers.
  • To supervise the outsourced production process and to monitor its proper progress.
  • To manage and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • To facilitate the resolution of problems occurred during production by suppliers.
  • To ensure proper alignment of component stock information with suppliers and to oversee the various inventory phases by analyzing final data.
  • To ensure the achievement of established KPIs by directing own activities towards the achievement of set objectives.
  • To monitor the progress of activities through ad hoc reporting and to ensure adherence to shared targets.
  • To analyze critical issues in processes and to identify areas for improvement.

Skills required:

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. High school diploma should be accompanied by a long professional experience in the same role
  • 3–5-year experience in a similar role and preferably in the cosmetic market
  • Fluent in English: knowledge of French language or a second foreign language is a plus
  • IT knowledge: strong knowledge of the Office package and main IT systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
