Job description
The Opportunity:
The University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications Online Master’s program is seeking an enthusiastic student assistant to diligently perform tasks in various areas of the operations of Admissions and Enrollment.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Completing basic office duties such as scanning, filing, and copying.
- Maintaining the application tracking system using data entry and quality checks
- Reporting to admissions team about inquiry trends and system issues
- Keeping track of department policies regarding admissions and enrollment
- Maintaining first-line communication for prospects and applicants via email
- Assisting with on-campus tabling and recruitment events
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
$13 per hour
Must be a currently enrolled UF student with at least a 2.0 GPA.
