Job Summary
As a Stock Supervisor, you’ll oversee Back of House operations functions: receiving, shipping, inventory management, stockroom organization and standards and markdown/markup execution. You’ll be responsible for efficiently receiving product, making sure it’s quickly replenished on the sales floor and tidy and easily accessible in the stock room. You’ll package orders for our customers – quickly but with care and will help with tasks as needed. You’ll contribute to an inclusive work environment focused on collaboration and passion for both the product and providing our customers with an amazing experience.
Job Responsibilities
  • Own the stock room and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Show leadership capability and provide direction to stock associates.
  • Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
  • Ensure store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back of house standards.
  • Have excellent communication skills with Inventory Control, the management team, and associates.
  • Achieve or exceed task-specific time standards.
  • Mange supply inventory, repairs, maintenance and equipment.
  • Read reporting for incoming shipments and expand or contract back of house space based on ownership.
  • Maintain presentation standards.
  • Learn our systems and processes and use them effectively.
  • Act in a manner that aligns with our values.
  • Perform projects and tasks assigned by the management team.

Hourly Range: $16.50 - $24.50
