Sky Italia ricerca per la direzione HR una persona da inserire in stage all'interno della funzione Talent, Development and D&I, a supporto della definizione ed erogazione dei piani formativi e di sviluppo in collaborazione con i fornitori e le altre People Function locali e di Gruppo.
La persona collaborerà con gli altri membri del team nella realizzazione della roadmap degli interventi di formazione e sviluppo gestendo le attività necessarie per la loro messa in opera:

Supportare il team nella co-progettazione, realizzazione ed erogazione degli interventi formativi, dal piano di comunicazione ed engagement per il target di riferimento, alle attività amministrative e di progettazione, al monitoraggio della partecipazione ed analisi di risultati e feedback ricevuti;

Supportare il team nella gestione della piattaforma di e-learning;

Supportare il dipendente gestendo le richieste attraverso gli opportuni canali;

Supportare il team nella gestione dei principali progetti di sviluppo: Talent Management, Performance Management, People Survey.
Requisiti:

Pianificazione e Time management;

Gestione dello stress;

Pensiero analitico;

Buon utilizzo di Excel e Power Point;

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
