Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible for Washington State Teacher Certification with endorsement in Special Education. This position will have a mixture of various grade level Language Arts classes and a Personal Choices class to support students with S/E/B goals.

Requires a 3-year commitment to Renton School District in a certificated Special Education teaching or clinical ESA position. Paid in lump sum upon completion of first full month of work. Prorated by FTE.
Special Education Stipend
$5,528
Recruitment and retention of Special Education teachers. Also reflects payment for extra duties required, such as writing IEPs, assigning work to paraeducators, etc. Pay spread over duration of regular salary pay. Prorated by FTE.
